Built for People Who Want Their Numbers to Make Sense
Quidly started with a simple conviction: tracking expenses shouldn't feel complicated or restrictive. It should feel satisfying.
Back to HomeWhy We Started Quidly
Quidly was founded in Klang, Selangor by a small group of educators and personal finance enthusiasts who noticed the same thing over and over: most people have a rough sense of where their money goes, but very few have a clear, organised record of it.
Budgeting apps come and go. Complicated spreadsheets get abandoned after two weeks. The problem isn't motivation — it's that most tracking systems are either too rigid or too vague to stick with long-term.
We built Quidly around a different idea: that a tracking habit should be light enough to maintain on busy weeks and clear enough to actually inform your decisions. Our workshops, toolkits, and structured programmes all come back to this principle — practical, tidy, and yours to keep.
Since our first public session in 2022, we have worked with individuals from all walks of life across the Klang Valley — from young working adults setting up their first tracking routine to parents who want to teach their children to notice spending patterns early.
Our Mission
To make expense tracking an accessible, repeatable habit — one that gives anyone a clear picture of their own numbers without requiring specialist knowledge or complex tools.
Our Vision
A community of individuals across Malaysia who understand their own spending clearly — not because someone told them what to do, but because they built the habit themselves.
Our Values
- Clarity over complexity in every format we create
- Practical approaches that work in real, busy lives
- Honest, non-pressuring education
- Respect for every learner's pace and context
Our Team
A small, dedicated group who believe in the difference that tidy records can make to everyday decision-making.

Our Standards & Approach
Every session and resource we create is measured against a set of internal principles we take seriously.
Curriculum Review Process
All workshop and programme content is reviewed periodically against participant feedback to ensure material stays relevant and clearly structured.
Data Privacy Commitment
Participant data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only what is needed and do not share it commercially.
Participant Satisfaction Focus
We collect written feedback at the end of each session and use it to refine delivery, pacing, and materials before the next cohort.
Clear, Neutral Education
Our content is general financial education — we do not give personal financial advice, regulated recommendations, or claim specific outcomes for individual participants.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants who complete the Mastery Programme receive a signed certificate of attendance as a record of their learning commitment.
Small Group Sizes
We keep session groups small so every participant has the chance to ask questions, get their setup reviewed, and leave with a working system.
Expense Tracking Education in Klang, Selangor
Quidly operates from Klang, Selangor, serving individuals throughout the Klang Valley who want to develop a more organised relationship with their personal numbers. Our work sits in the category of general financial literacy education — specifically the practical skill of expense tracking, which is underserved compared to investment-focused or debt-management content.
Expense tracking is a foundational skill. Before anyone can make informed decisions about where to cut back, where to allocate more, or how to compare one month to another, they need a clear record. That record is what Quidly helps people build — using formats as simple as a paper notebook or a standard spreadsheet column, depending on what works for each participant.
Our three core offerings — the Tracking Setup Workshop, the Tracking Toolkit, and the Tracking Mastery Programme — are structured to meet participants at different points. Some people want a single afternoon session to get their first system in place. Others want a full resource bundle to work through at their own pace. A smaller group wants the structure and accountability of a multi-session programme with a formal completion record.
Every format is designed with one priority in mind: the system has to be something the participant can maintain without Quidly. Self-sufficiency is the goal. We teach the approach, provide the templates, explain how to read your own category data — and then step back.
Quidly content is developed in English and delivered in a style that avoids jargon and financial buzzwords. Sessions are suitable for adults at all experience levels, including those who have never formally tracked their expenses before.
