4. Accounts & Registration
Certain programmes may require you to register or provide personal details ahead of a session. Where applicable:
- You are responsible for keeping any login credentials or access links confidential;
- You must not share access with individuals who have not enrolled;
- You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your access;

6. Intellectual Property
All content available through Quidly — including but not limited to templates, worksheets, slide decks, written guides, and programme materials — is the intellectual property of Quidly or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for your own learning. This licence does not permit:

7. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Refund Policy: If you need to withdraw from a programme, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request relative to the programme start date and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not ordinarily offer refunds for digital toolkit access once materials have been delivered.
We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of enrolment. Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect confirmed enrolments.
8. Programme-Specific Terms
Attendance & Participation: Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. We are not obliged to arrange make-up sessions for missed attendance, though we will make reasonable efforts to share session materials afterwards.
Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance for the Tracking Mastery Programme is issued solely to participants who meet the attendance criteria communicated at enrolment. The certificate acknowledges participation in a general-education programme only and does not constitute a professional qualification or certification of financial competency.
Academic Integrity: Participants are expected to engage with programme materials honestly. Sharing of assessments or completing work on behalf of another participant is not permitted.
Programme Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify session schedules, content, or delivery format where necessary. We will notify registered participants of any material changes in advance.
